In detail

The Analytics Lab (aka The Lab), under the responsibility of C&S, is responsible for the industrialization of projects link to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The Lab promotes innovation and implements ideas that positively influence our activities and challenge the status-quo within the organization. It is a center of expertise helping CIB Americas maximizes its understanding of clients, products, services and operations and helps identify added values opportunities and drives innovation

The strengths and skills that will help you succeed

  • Student in Master’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Optimization, Statistics or Mathematics with a graduation date in December 2023 or May 2024
  • Expertise in one of the major programming languages (Python, C/C++, Golang)
  • Experience with statistical tools (Pandas, Numpy, …) and data manipulation (SQL, ElasticSearch, Graph Databases, …)
  • Experience with AI/ML libraries (SkLearn, Tensorflow, Pytorch, …)
  • Expertise with source control management (Git)
  • Interest or experience with MLOps (DVC, MLFlow, …) or CICD (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, …)
  • Positive, energetic, flexible and self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency to interact professionally in both French and English
  • Very strong work ethic and ability to deal with confidential information
