The position at a glance

CIB IT Production is a transversal function which provides all core technologies to all businesses of the bank in the Americas.

In detail

The IT Production Recruitment Management Analyst will report to the Recruitment team manager of IT Production Americas and will assist the Chief of Staff in coordinating the recruitments for IT Production North America.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment Management
    • Consolidation of all recruitment requests in IT Production
    • Preparation of approvals requests
    • Compliance with the recruitment process and approval workflows
    • Maintenance of comprehensive recruitment management documentation
    • Resource planning management (definition, monitoring in liaison with Budget)
    • Analysis of recruitment/turnover data, production of KPIs and proposition of action plans
  • Successfully manage the relationship with IT Production Managers
  • Prepare deliverables for local and head-office committees

Required qualifications

The Recruitment Management Analyst is not required to have strong technical skills but a capacity to understand the different technologies involved would be a plus.

  • Good verbal & written communication, including ability to facilitate meetings with many people
  • Strong documentation skill
  • Strong skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excel strong skills are required (pivot tables, use of complex formulas)
    • Good knowledge of PowerBI required
    • Macro vba or other automation skills is a plus
  • Attention to detail, strong problem solving skills and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well with others across different functions, office locations, time zones and globally
  • Able to work well under pressure and within short time constraints
  • Knowledge of financial services and familiarity with banking operations
