The position at a glance: As Campus Recruiter, you will play an essential role in the Talent & Acquisition Team. You will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process for the young professionals (Graduates, interns) & ensure a high quality experience for both candidate and Managers.  You will also working key Campus initiatives /events to support students in the university & increase our brand visibility. In detail:

  • Recruitment: You will effectively manage all the steps of cycle recruitment process for our Young Professionals (Interns, Graduates & VIE) from the intake with the manager to finding the right people who will contribute to our success.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract new talent & build a pipeline of strong, diverse candidates (both active and passive) 
  • Work with the immigration specialist and talent acquisition coordinator to initiate the onboarding process 
  • Campus Data : Maintain our campus recruitment KPI & dashboard
  • Campus Strategy : You will work hands in Hands with the campus manager to build  communication on social media 
  • Keep abreast of market conditions, competition, best practices and trends that could impact hiring practices 
  • Campus Events : Prepare & roll out Recruitment events (Career fairs, Sponsored events) with the help of the Campus Manager & Campus Specialist

The strengths and skills that will help you succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment / Campus Management within a corporate environment 
  • Experience with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems  
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Windows applications is required 
  • Excellent oral & writing skills in both French and English 
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills 
  • Time Management & Organisational skills,
  • Strong interpersonal and people influencing skills 
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, supports workplace diversity 
  • Team player who is self-motivated; proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
