We are presently looking for a temporary (6 months with a possibility of extension) coordinator - Human Resources Administration to complete our team in Montreal.
We are located in the city center (Metro : McGill) and easily accesible for people with reduced mobility.
Here is a preview of the tasks and the responsibilities of the position:
- Participate in the management and the coordination of the activities related to the HR administration: Oversee wage processing as well as the administration of benefits, vacation and pension plan, Develop and follow up the budget for salaries and staff expenses, as well as the production of statistical reports, Manage expatriates and attached personal wages and benefits.
- Participate in the management of the pension plan, including retirement committees, communication with retirees and other tasks related.
- Participate in the analysis of several surveys (such as Mercer, Wyatt, McLagan)
- Participate in the administrative integration of new employees.
- Participate in the preparation of the HR Budget.
- Proceed to an internal survey of satisfaction for the Health Assessment benefit.
- Follow some hiring mandates lead by Head Hunters and participation in hiring mandates.
- Other related tasks.
Requested profile :
- HR diploma
- At least 4 years of a similar experience
- Good knowledge of standard computer tools and software
- Bilingualism
- Good communication skills
